Privacy Policy.
For an introduction service, privacy isn't a policy page — it's the product. Last updated June 2026.
1. What we collect
Browsing this site requires no account and sets no cookies; we run no analytics or advertising trackers. We collect only what you submit through the brief form: your company details, the brief itself, and your contact details. We handle personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
2. How a brief is used — the important part
Your brief is used solely to assess and (if engaged) execute your search. Your identity is disclosed to a prospective counterparty only after you approve the approach. Briefs are never sold, pooled into databases, used as marketing case studies without written permission, or recycled to benefit another client.
3. NDAs and sensitive information
If your brief is sensitive, keep the form high-level and request an NDA — we'll exchange paperwork before detail. Don't include trade secrets, customer lists or pricing schedules in the initial form.
4. How submissions travel
The form is delivered by FormSubmit, a third-party relay, to our briefing inbox. For matters where that's not appropriate, request the NDA route first and we'll arrange direct channels.
5. Retention, access & deletion
Briefs are retained while relevant to an active or prospective engagement, then deleted in periodic clean-ups. You can ask what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted at any time — reply to your brief or use the form. Complaints can also be made to the OAIC (oaic.gov.au).
